摘要
柱塞泵对油品黏度要求更为苛刻,其最佳工作黏度为10~1100 mm^2/s。液压油在低温时的润滑表现主要以运动黏度进行衡量。文章从液压油低温性能出发,分析比较了国内外标准对多级液压油的低温黏度和倾点要求,同时对昆仑HV N46液压油性能和黏温性能进行了分析阐述,并提供了昆仑HV N46的低温使用范围。
The requirement of the hydraulic oil viscosity for piston pump is more severe,the optimum viscosity is 10 ~ 1100 mm2/ s,the lubricating performance of hydraulic oil at low temperature is mainly based on the kinematic viscosity rather than the pour point.Starting from the performance of low temperature for hydraulic oil,this article analyzed and compared low temperature viscosity and pour point requirements of the domestic and international standards for multigrade hydraulic oil.Meanwhile,this paper analyzed and elaborated the properties and viscosity temperature properties of Kunlun HV N46,and provided the low temperature application range for Kunlun HV N46.
