摘要 概述了重负荷发动机的特点和其冷却液的标准,利用正交设计试验,研究各添加剂的玻璃器皿腐蚀性能,然后进行因子最佳水平分析和因子重要性分析,确定每种添加剂对各种试片防腐蚀效果最好的剂量值以及找出对每种试片试验结果影响最大的添加剂。按照上述试验结果调制重负荷发动机冷却液,具有良好的超声波气穴腐蚀性能,同时满足GB 29743-2013中各项性能指标要求。 In this paper,the characteristics of heavy duty engine and the standard of its coolant are summarized.By using orthogonal design test,the glassware corrosion performance of various additives is researched,and then the factor optimally level analysis and factor importance analysis are proceeded.It is determined that the best dose for anti-corrosion effect of various test pieces by every additive,and the additive with the most influence to test results of every test piece is found out.According to aforementioned test results,the heavy-duty engine coolant is prepared with favorable ultrasonic cavitation corrosion performance,also it could satisfy the various performance index of GB 29743-2013.
