摘要
以AlCl_3为催化剂,1-辛烯、1-癸烯为原料,PAO低聚物、PAO_2为稀释剂,考察了合成8B基础油的工艺条件,对合成基础油的结构进行了分析。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为烯烃配比1-辛烯∶1-癸烯=9∶1,AlCl_3质量分数为1%,加热反应温度在110℃左右,最高反应温度控制在135~145℃,反应时间30 min,合成8B基础油,收率在35%左右,经调合而成的航空喷气发动机润滑油(8B)产品满足质量要求。
Taking AlCl_3 as catalyst,1-octene and 1-decene as raw materials,PAO oligomer and PAO_2 as diluents,the synthesis process conditions of 8B base oil were investigated,and the structure of synthetic base oil was analyzed.The results showed that,under the optimum conditions of olefin ratio of 1-octene: 1-decene = 9∶ 1,AlCl_3 mass fraction of 1%,reaction temperature of 110 ℃,maximum reaction temperature of 135 ~ 145 ℃ and reaction time for 30 min,the PAO yield of synthetic 8B base oil can reach about 35%.And the obtained aviation jet engine lubricants(8B) can meet quality requirements.
