地方高校图书馆参与公共文化服务体系建设——为基础教育服务的可行性研究

The Participation of Local University Library in the Construction of Public Cultural Service System——The Feasibility Study of Serving the Basic Education

考察了河北省秦皇岛市海港区高校图书馆和中小学图书馆的馆藏资源、运行模式和管理方法,分析了地方高校图书馆参与公共文化服务体系建设之为基础教育服务的可行性,探讨了地方高校图书馆为中小学师生群体服务的途径,从而完善公共文化服务体系建设。

This paper examines the collection resources,operation modes and management methods of the university library and the primary and middlle schools library located in Haigang Distrct,Qinhuangdao City,Hebei Province,analyzes the feasiblity of the local university library participating in the construction of public cultural service system to serve the basic education,discusses the way of the local university library serving the primary and middle school teachers and students group,so as to improve the construction of pubilc cultural service systme.
