Implementation of RFID Self-service“Large Circulation”in the Ordinary University Library——Taking Liaoning Science and Technology University Library as an Example

"大流通"是图书馆一种新型服务模式,尤其适于在高校图书馆推广应用,极大地方便了读者,实现了人性化关怀。以辽宁科技大学图书馆为例,着重介绍了普通高校图书馆是如何在资金、技术、人员不具有优势的情况下,短时间内平稳、高效、经济地实施"大流通"服务模式;分析了该馆实施"大流通"服务管理模式后出现的问题及应对措施,同时提出了更进一步完善该服务模式的一些措施。

＂Large circulation＂is a new type of library service mode, which provides convenient service and humane care, especially for the popularization and application of university library.Taking the Liaoning University of Science and Technology Library as an example, this paper emphatically introduces how the ordinary university library smoothly, efficiently and economically implement＂big circulation＂mode in short time on the condition that fund, technology and personnel do not have any advantages, analyzes the problems and countermeasures after the implementation of the circulation management mode, and puts forwards some measures to improve the service mode.
