The article analyzes the importance and feasibility of higher vocational college library serving cultural construction of community. It also points out that higher vocational college library should innovate in its system and mechanism, extend the function service, participant cultural construction of community, explore the new mode of higher vocational college library opening to the residence of community, contribute to achieving＂Cultural Well-of＂of all citizen.
