巴林特小组在医院医护人员技能培养中的临床意义

Clinical meaning of balint group in the skill training of medical personnel

目的：探讨巴林特小组在医院医护人员技能培养中的临床意义。方法2015年1月至2016年6月在上海市某医院医护人员技能培养中，采用自愿报名的方式分17批次招募了136名来自内外妇儿及医技等各个部门的医生和护士进行巴林特小组活动。活动每月1次，每次60分钟，固定时间和地点；每批次有1～2名组长、6～10名组员参与案例分析、经验交流，组员年龄和年资不限。研究采用非结构式访谈和问卷调查方法，调查巴林特小组活动对医护人员心理认知及应对能力的影响。结果通过巴林特小组的活动，参与者中53%了解到了自己在与患者交往中的局限，65%对患者有了更多了解的愿望，51%～73%开始愿意感受患者的感受和认知，52%改善了交流技巧，76%更了解自己了，65%～78%提高了工作能力、改善了自我成就感，82%的参与者认为启发颇多。结论巴林特小组在医院临床技能培养中可提高医护人员对医患双方的心理认知及应对能力，有助于改善医患关系。

Objective To discuss the clinical meaning of balint group in the skill training of medical personnel.MethodDuring the medical personnel skill training of a second grade level three hospital of Shanghai from Jan.2015 to Jun.2016, voluntarily, 136 participants were recruited to participate the Balint Group activities and divided into 17 groups, they were from Medicine Department, Surgical Department, Gynecological department, Pediatrics Department, Medical Technical Department, etc. with different age and experience including doctors and nurses. The activity lasted 60 minutes each time and once a month with fixed time and location. Each group had 1 or 2 group leader and 6~10 members regardless their age and experience, they participated the case analysis and shared experience within group. The research applied non-structured interview and method of questionnaire, to study the influence of balint group’ activities to psychological cognition of medical personnel and their coping capacity.ResultThrough the activity of balint group, 53% of participants realized their own communicating limitation with others, 65% desired to understand others more, 51%~73% improved their feeling and acknowledgement to others, 52% improved communicating skill and 76% understood themselves more, 65%~78% improved occupational capability and self-fulfillment and 82% thought they had been inspired a lot.ConclusionBalint group can improve medical personnel’s psychological cognition ability and coping capacity during clinical training, and it also can help to improve the doctor-patient relationship.
