高校创新创业教育效果评价体系研究——基于群组G1法的分析

Research on the Evaluation System of the Quality of the Education of Creation and Innovation in Universities Based on the Group G1 Method

高校创新创业教育效果评价体系为高校科学推进创新创业教育提供了目标导向依据。本文将创新创业教育作为一项复杂的系统工程,按照系统的观点,从创新创业环境、创新创业教育投入、创新创业教育产出三个方面构建了高校创新创业教育效果评价指标体系。在此基础上,分别应用群组G1法和非线性加权法完成了评价指标赋权和评价模型设计,构建高校创新创业教育效果评价体系。最后,基于赋权实证结果得到高校创新创业教育效果的关键影响因素,提出提升高校创新创业教育效果的具体措施。

To cultivate innovative talents and build an innovation-oriented country, it is inevitable for universities to carry out the Education of Creation and Innovation. The evaluation system of quality of the Education of Creation and Innovation in universities provides a goal-directed basis to promote scientific development. According to the view of system theory, we construct the evaluation index system from three aspects including the environment, input and output of the Education of Creation and Innovation, which is regarded as a complicated systematic engineering in this paper. Based on that, the group G1 method and non-linear weighted method are respectively applied to the empowerment of evaluation and the design of the evaluation model. In this way, the construction of this evaluation system is completed. Finally, based on the empirical results, we put forward specific measures to perfect the Education of Creation and Innovation.
