大学生持续创业意愿影响因子实证研究--基于TPB理论的视角

An Empirical Research Based on the TPB Theory Exploring the Impact Factors of College Students' Sustainable Entrepreneurial Intentions

本文以浙江省39所高校的546位在校已创业大学生为有效样本数据,在TPB理论和相关文献研究的基础上,借助Amos17.0和SPSS19.0软件进行分析,从主观规范、感知行为控制、创业态度三个外因潜在变量探讨在校已创业大学生的持续创业意愿内因潜在变量的影响因子。实证研究发现,TPB模型可以解释60.7%的变异量,证实TPB理论对在校已创业大学生持续创业意愿研究领域具有适用性。

The author of this paper took 546 college students as research sample objects who are from 39 universities of Zhejiang province and have started their own business while on campus. Based on the TPB theory and other relevant materials, the author analyzed the data by Amosl7.0 and SPSS19.0 software, and from three potential external cause variables, namely, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurial attitude, the author tried to find out the impact factors of those college students＂ sustainable entrepreneurial intentions potential internal cause variables. By doing this empirical research, the author finds out that TPB model can be used to explain 60.7% of variables, which proves that the TPB theory is applicable to the research of sustainable entrepreneurial intentions of college students who have started their own business while on campus.
