摘要
当前我国研究生培养主要实行导师制,所衍生的"师门文化"也表现为"导师中心"取向,缺乏"学生立场"。研究生教育改革的关键在于文化的重建,需要重视"师门文化"的丰富与超越,重视以"学生、学术、学习"为中心的"学门文化"的建设。"学门文化"是一种师生共享愿景、价值观、信念与做事方式相统合的有机整体,是引领学生成长的意义之网。"好导师"必定善于经营个性化的"学门文化",这也是导师领导力的重要内涵。Y老师领导的"X学门"主要从学门愿景、学门规约、"学门领地"、学门仪式与典礼、学门做事文化、学门课程、学门故事等方面进行育人文化构建的探索,为研究生教育文化的建设提供了一种有价值的参考。
Tutor system is the mainly institution of postgraduate education at present,and the master cuhurewhich derived from the tutor system is also tutor-centered. However, the leaner-community is a kind of new culture idea which is centered on learning and committed to constructing the learning and academic community. The key to reform the postgraduate education is to transform its culture. It needs to enrich and transcend the meaning of "the master cuhure",and build the "the learner- community" which is centered on "student andacademic learning". The culture of the leaner-community is an organic whole of vision, values, and belief which is shared by teachers and students,and it is a meaningful way to lead the students" development. A great tutor must be good at operating the personalized culture,this is also the important content of tutor's leadership. The construction of the leaner-community culture named X leading by teacher Y include those following components:visions,statutes,territories,ritualsand ceremonies, ways of doing things,curriculum, and stories. It provides new thoughts for the construction of the leaner-communitycuhure. The construction of this culture is a long process with some basic principles,which should go through five stages.
