Review on the Value of the National Governance Over Modernization

国家治理现代化的价值体现了人对自己的内在尺度、主体尺度的自觉意识,开辟了人们参与国家政治、社会、经济生活的渠道,彰显了主体向度,实现了人的意义。学者们认为,在政治维度中国家治理现代化的价值是能够解构国家统治的权威性,打破政府至上地位的合法性,消解一元性,建构多元性;在社会维度中国家治理现代化的价值是能够解构统治型社会,建构自治型社会,消解人的服从性,实现人的自主性,建构人本社会,实现社会和谐;在经济维度中国家治理现代化的价值是能够促进经济的高效、持续、良性发展,破除垄断性,建构开放性,实现效率化。

The value of the national governance over modernization reflects man＇ s self- awareness of the innate and subject measurement,which makes a route for people to take part in the national governance, social and economic life. This reflects the subject dimension and man＇ s will. Scholars believe that the value of the national governance in the political dimension can deconstruct the authority and break legality of government superiority dispel- ling the unitary and constructing diversity. In social dimension, the value can deconstrnct ruling type society, construct autonomy society, dispelling man ＇ s submissiveness, realize man＇ s autonomy,construct humanistic society,and realize social harmony. In economic dimension, the value can promote economic development efficiently, consistently and healthily, which can break monopoly ,construct openness, and realize efficiency.
