单侧椎弓根穿刺椎体后凸成形术后骨密度变化的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY ON THE CHANGES OF BONE MINERAL DENSITY AFTER UNILATERAL PEDICLE PERCUTANEOUS KYPHOPLASTY

摘要 目的探讨单侧椎弓根穿刺椎体后凸成形术后相邻椎体骨密度的变化与再骨折的关系。方法选取2014年9月—2015年8月期间收治的骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折并行单侧椎弓根穿刺PKP术患者48例,分别于术后1周、3个月、6个月、12个月应用DEXA检查测定相邻椎体骨密度,对比上、下相邻椎体骨量丢失情况。结果术后12个月内上位椎体骨密度为(1.201±0.113)g/cm2,下位椎体骨密度为(1.053±0.187)g/cm2(P<0.01)。结论术后3个月相邻椎体骨量丢失最为明显,下位椎体骨密度减少较上位椎体更为明显。 Astract Objective To investigate the correlative factors of adjacent vertebral fractures after unilateral pedicle puncture percutaneous Kyphoplasty (PKP ) for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCFs) .Methdos From September 2014 to August 2015 ,48 patients with thoracolumbar osteoporotic vertebral fracture were analyzed retrospectively .All patients with OVCF were treated with unilateral pedicle puncture PKP .The bone mineral density of adjacent vertebral was measured by dual - energy X - ray ab‐sorptiometry(DEXA ) at 1w ,3m ,6m ,12m after operation .Results The bone mineral density was 1 .201 ± 0 .113g/cm^2 at12m after operation .The bone density of the lower vertebral body was 1 .053 ± 0 .187g/cm^2 in 12 month after operation .The two groups had significant difference (P〈0 .01) .Conclusions With‐in the first 3 months after surgery ,the lower adjacent vertebral body bone mineral density loss is the most significant .The loss of bone mass postoperative vertebral of upper vertebral bodies decreases more obvious ‐ly ,the difference shows obvious meaning .
