我国数字图书馆智能化信息服务模式研究

Research on Information Service Model of Digital Library in China

近年来,由于用户服务需求逐渐向智能化、综合化和个性化的方向迅猛发展,数字图书馆的主动信息服务、个性化信息服务也逐渐成为近几年研究的重点。本文从导航信息服务模式、个性化信息服务模式、开放式服务模式3个方面对我国现有的数字图书馆信息服务模式进行分析,在此基础上,提出了数字图书馆智能化信息服务模式,并针对智能化信息服务模式的实施策略进行分析。

In recent years,due to the needs of customer service gradually to the intelligent,integrated and personalized direction of the rapid development of digital library,so the active information service,personalized information service has become a focus of research in recent years. This paper analyzed the existing three mode of information service of digital library in China,on this basis,the author put forward the intelligent information service model of digital library,and analyzed the implementation strategy of the intelligent information service model.
