摘要
介绍和分析了城市应用紧凑型增程式电动汽车的运行工况,并讨论了增程器专用发电机的设计要求。基于其特性要求定义了增程器的需求功率,并对增程器专用发电机进行了合理优化,分别从改善振动和噪声、减重、减小齿槽转矩以及改善漏磁方面考虑,改进后的永磁同步发电机性能得到进一步的提升,为紧凑型车用增程器永磁同步电机的设计研发提供了参考。
The operating conditions of urban compact extended-ranger electric vehicles (EREVs) were analyzed, and the design requirement and specification of generator which applied in compact EREVs were discussed. Based on the spe- cial characteristics, the power demanded of extended-ranger was defined. One of traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor was improved to meet the application of urban EREVs.
