循环水系统运行中存在的问题及改造措施

由于循环水系统运行不稳定,造成尿素装置蒸发系统真空度达不到工艺指标要求、蒸发表冷器封头垫片大量损坏、流量计中节流小孔经常被堵塞,严重影响了尿素装置的稳定运行和产品质量。针对存在的问题采取了一系列整改措施,尿素装置再未出现因循环水问题而导致高压系统减量运行、低压系统超压、蒸发系统停车的事故。

Because of unstable operation of circulating water system, vacuum degree of evaporation system of urea unit does not meet the requirement of technology index, cooler head gasket of evaporimeter is damaged in large number, and throttle orifice of flowmeter is blocked very often, seriously affecting the stable operation of urea unit and quality of product. In connection with existing problems, a series countermeasures are taken, ever since no accident of urea unit caused by circulating water problem appears again such as high pressure system to run in capacity reduction condition, excess pressure occurred in low pressure system, evaporation system shutdown.
