消除竖琴式转化炉下集气管热变形的方法

摘要 针对竖琴式转化炉存在下集气管易热变形的问题,在转化炉辐射室底部的横梁与下集气管之间增设弹簧限位架,消除了下集气管热态过度变形,防止下集气管耐火衬里出现裂纹或脱落导致的高温高压富氢气体的泄漏。该方法应用于某制氢装置后已连续运行7年,下集气管耐火衬里从未出现裂纹或脱落、集气管外壁局部超温等问题,消除了装置的安全隐患,确保装置安全平稳运行,并节省了维修费用。 In connection with the problem that thermal deformation of manifold of harp reformer is easy to occur, new elastic stop supports are added between the beam under reformer radiation chamber and the manifold, excessive thermal deformation of manifold is eliminated, leakage of high temperature and pressure hydrogen-rich gas caused by crack or fall off of refractory lining of manifold is prevented. Since applying this method with a certain hydrogen production unit, it has operated continuously for 7 years, manifold lining has no problems of crack, fall off and over temperature at any part of outer wall of the manifold, hidden perils in equipment safety are eliminated, safe and stable operation of the unit is guaranteed and maintenance cost are saved.
