摘要
通过对运行过程中出现的影响真空闪蒸系统真空度的问题进行分析,总结出造成真空度低的不同原因的判断方法,提出了相应的处理方法和预防措施。维持真空闪蒸系统真空度稳定,对保证灰渣絮凝效果,改善系统水质,避免设备、管道和阀门结垢以及降低系统循环水用量具有重要意义。
By analyzing problems affecting vacuum degree of vacuum flash system arisen in operation, the determine methods for different causes of low vacuum degree are summarized, and relevant treatment methods and preventive measures are proposed. Maintaining stability of vacuum degree of vacuum flash system will be of great importance in ensuring ash and slag flocculating effect, improving system water quality, avoiding equipment, pipe and valves scaling and reducing quantity of system circulating water.
