摘要 教师领导力是影响高职院校教师专业发展和职业成长的重要因素,对于高职院校的课程教学、学校管理、人才培养、科研活动等具有重要意义。但是学术界对高职院校教师领导力问题关注甚少,很少有学者从勒温场动力理论出发研究高职院校教师领导力问题,这些影响了高职教师领导力培养和生成。本文以勒温场动力理论为理论依据,运用场动力公式和场动力模型分析了高职教师领导力生成的动力因素,探究了高职教师领导力生成机制的建设路径。 Teachers' leadership is an important factor affecting higher vocational school teachers' professional development and growth, and of great significance for teaching, managing, training and scientific reseach activities. However, scholars pay little attention to it from the perspective of dynamics ,which influences teachers' leadership cultivation and generation. This paper, based on the theory of dynamics of lewin field, analyzes the dynamic factors of the teacher's leadership generation and discusses the constructing path of the leadership generation mechanism.
