摘要
为烟草重金属污染预测提供理论依据,采用盆栽试验法,分析Cd、Pb、Hg及As 4种重金属不同浓度胁迫下烤烟生理特性及农艺性状的差异。结果表明:烟草在旺长期,Cd、Pb、Hg及As胁迫下其生长发育均受到抑制;适度的重金属胁迫能提高烟草的净光合速率;适度Pb胁迫对烟草SOD酶活性和CAT酶活性有促进作用,而Cd、Hg及As胁迫使烟草SOD酶活性和CAT酶活性降低;Cd、Pb、Hg及As胁迫使烟草的MDA含量提高。
In order to provide the theoretical basis for prediction of heavy metal pollution in tobacco,by pot experiment method,the authors explored the variation of physiological characteristics and agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco under stress of four kinds of heavy metals with different concentration.Results:Under stress of Cd,Pb,Hg and As in vigorous growth period,the growth and development of tobacco were suppressed;Moderate heavy metal stress could increase net photosynthetic rate;Suitable Pb stress promoted SOD and CAT activities,while Cd,Hg and As stress decreased them;Cd,Pb,Hg and As stress could enhance MDA content in tobacco.
