摘要
黄酮类化合物是广泛存在于植物体中的一类重要次级代谢产物,具有抗菌、抗癌、抗氧化等生物活性,目前其已成为次级代谢产物研究的热点之一。为给食用菌黄酮类化合物的进一步开发利用提供理论依据,更好地开发和利用黄酮类化合物,对食用菌黄酮类化合物的药理作用、提取工艺和分离纯化方面的研究进展进行综述。
Flavonoids are an important secondary metabolites with the biological activity of antibacterial,anticancer and antioxidant,which are widely existed in plants.It has become one of research hotspots in secondary metabolites.In order to provide theoretical basis for further development and utilization of flavonoids and better develop and utilize the flavonoids,in this paer the recent research advances on the pharmacological action,extraction technology and separation and purification of the edible fungi flavonoids were reviewed.
