摘要
为新鲜甜椒产业发展提供理论指导与借鉴,从物理、化学、生物3个方面对甜椒保鲜技术进行概述,最后提出甜椒保鲜的研究重点。
In order to provide theoretical references and guidance for the development of fresh sweet pepper,in this paper the author summarized the preservation technology of sweet pepper from three aspects of physics,chemistry and biology,at last research emphasis was pointed out as well.
