初花打顶后下部叶采收时间对烤烟生育期及产质量的影响

Effects of Different Lower Leaves Harvesting Time After Topping at Early Flowering Stage on Growth Period,Yield and Quality of Tobacco

为探明下部烟叶采收时间对烤烟生育期、经济性状、化学成分、外观及感官质量的影响,在烤烟初花打顶后,进行底部烟叶的不同时间采收试验。结果表明：初花打顶后,随采收时间推迟,上部叶成熟期相应推迟,烤后烟叶外观较好,产量、产值等经济指标呈先升高后降低的趋势;推迟采收的烟叶总氮、总糖、还原糖、两糖比和糖碱比下降,烟碱增加,内在质量和感官质量下降,对上部叶影响显著。综合经济效益及品质因素,南平烟区以初花打顶后0-5d采收下部叶为宜。

The effects of different lower tobacco leaf harvesting time on growth period,economic character,chemical composition,appearance quality and smoking quality were studied by a tobacco field test after topping at early flowering stage.Results：The maturity of upper tobacco leaves correspondingly delays with retardation of harvesting time after topping at early flowering stage.The cured upper leaves have good appearance quality but the economic indexes of yield and output value show a first rising and then declining trend.Total nitrogen,total sugar,reducing sugar,total sugar/reducing sugar ratio,sugar/nicotine ratio,interior quality and smoking quality of tobacco leaves decline and the nicotine content increases with delay of harvesting time.The delay of harvesting time has the significant effect on smoking quality of the upper leaves.The suitable lower leaves harvesting time should be within 0-5dafter topping at early flowering stage considering the economic benefit and quality in Nanping tobacco-growing area.
