摘要
为有效挖掘植物源杀菌剂资源,以烤烟白粉病菌为供试菌种,采用菌丝生长速率法研究10种中草药提取物的抑制活性,并在此基础上选取抑菌活性较强的几种提取物进行毒力测定。结果表明:10种中草药通过3种提取法得到的提取物均对烤烟白粉病菌有抑制作用。其中,蛇床子醇提物的抑制率最高,达100%;其次是蛇床子盐提物和黄药子水提物,分别为94.36%和87.57%。蛇床子醇提物、蛇床子盐提物和肉豆蔻醇提物的室内毒力EC50分别为57.54mg/L、110.00mg/L和225.39mg/L,以蛇床子醇提物的抑制效果最佳。
For excavating botanical fungicide resources effectively,the inhibition activity of ten herbal medicine extracts was studied by mycelial growth rate method with tobacco powdery mildew as the test object,on this basis,the toxicity test of some extracts with stronger inhibition activity was conducted.Results:All the ten herbal medicine extracts with three different extraction methods inhibited tobacco powdery mildew.The inhibition rate of alcohol extract of Cnidium monnieri was the highest(100%),followed by salt extract of C.monnieri and water extract of Dioscorea bulbifera(94.36% and 87.57%respectively).The indoor toxicity EC50 of alcohol extract of C.monnieri,salt extract of C.monnieri and myristyl alcohol extract were respectively 57.54mg/L,110.00mg/L and 225.39mg/L.Alcohol extract of C.monnieri was of the best inhibition effect.
