曲霉生长发育相关基因及分子调控机制的研究进展

摘要 随着分子生物学,基因组学和生物信息学等的快速发展,近年来模式菌株构巢曲霉和其他曲霉生长发育的相关基因及分子机制研究逐步深入。为曲霉(Aspergillus)生长发育分子生物学研究提供参考,对曲霉的应答环境条件光、营养和渗透压、参与交配过程、信号传导通路、转录因子及其他调节蛋白、内源性生理学过程、有性发育晚期产生子囊孢子过程等7个方面生长发育的相关基因及分子机制的研究进行了综述。 With the rapid development of molecular biology,genomics and bioinformatics,the researches on related genes and molecular mechanism research of the growth and development of the model organism Aspergillus nidulans and other Aspergillus were deepening gradually.In order to provide references for molecular biology study of the growth and development of Aspergillus,the seven aspects of the related genes and molecular mechanism of the main research results involving perception of environmental signals-light,perception of environmental signals-nutrition and osmotic pressure,mating processes,signal transduction, transcription factors and other regulatory proteins, endogenous physiological processes,ascospore production and maturation were reviewed in the paper.
