摘要 为设施芹菜安全生产与合理施肥提供参考,采用单因素随机区组试验研究不同施氮量对设施芹菜栽培的影响。结果表明:施氮量与设施芹菜产量呈典型的抛物线关系,施氮量为561kg/hm2时产量最高,施氮量为504kg/hm2时经济效益最高;一定范围内增施氮肥可显著促进设施芹菜的生长发育,施氮量超过900kg/hm2时可抑制芹菜生长,株高和茎粗降低。随施氮量的增加芹菜VC和可溶性糖含量呈先升高后降低趋势,而芹菜体内的硝态氮含量呈线性增长趋势。 In order to provide references for safe production and reasonable fertilization for celery,a single-factor random block experiment was conducted to study the effects of different N application on yield and quality of facility celery.Results:The relationship between N application rate and celery yield showed a typical parabolic-type,the highest application rate of N for maximum yield of celery was 561kg/hm^2,and the optimum application rate of N was 504kg/hm^2,but growth,plant height and stem diameter was restrained if N was applied more than 900kg/hm^2.VCas well as soluble sugar increased under reasonable N application rate but decreased when N was overused.While NO3^--N content was obviously increased along with increased N application rate.
