白花前胡不同生育期植株大中量元素含量的变化 被引量:3

摘要 为了对白花前胡高产高效施肥技术提供理论依据,采用大田调查和室内化学分析方法,研究白花前胡不同生育期叶片、茎和根的大量元素(氮、磷和钾)和中量元素(钙、镁和硫)含量的变化规律。结果表明:不同生育期白花前胡叶片、茎和根中各养分含量具有明显的变化,氮含量在苗期为叶>茎>根,营养生长期和采收期为叶>根>茎;磷的含量在苗期、营养生长期和采收期均为叶>根>茎;钾含量在苗期和采收期均为茎>叶>根,而在营养生长期为叶>茎>根;钙含量在苗期、营养生长期和采收期均为叶>茎>根;镁含量在苗期、营养生长期和采收期均为叶>茎>根;硫含量在苗期均为叶>茎>根的规律,而营养生长期和采收期呈叶>根>茎。 In order to provide theoretical references for high-yield and high-efficiency fertilization technology of P. praeruptorurn, field investigation and indoor chemical analysis were employed to explore the content change regulation of major elements(N, P, K) and medium elements(Ca, Mg, S) in leaf, stem and root of P. praerultorum in different growth period. Results. Various nutrients in leaf, stem and root of P. praeruptorum changed obviously in different growth period. N content sequenced in leaf〉stem〉 root in seedling period, leaf 〉 root 〉 stem in vegetative growth phase and picking phase〉 P content sequenced in leaf〉 root 〉 stem all the time; K content followed the sequence of stem〉 leaf〉 root in seedling period and picking phase, and leaf〉stem〉root in vegetative growth phase〉 Contents of Ca and Mg showed the sequence of leaf〉stem〉root all the time; S content followed the sequence of leaf〉stem〉 root in seedling period and leaf〉root〉stem in vegetative growth phase and picking phase.
