摘要 催化燃烧反应较低的活化能允许在贫碳氢化合物浓度下发生反应,燃烧发生在常规气相易燃极限之外,因此燃烧更稳定.在此基础上研究出了天然气催化燃烧炉窑,首先从理论上研究了催化燃烧炉窑,将催化燃烧炉窑应用到琉璃的烧制中,得到了其能烧制琉璃,并分析了温度对烧制琉璃的影响,烧制出来的琉璃以其纯净坚固的质地,富有旋律的造型以及光鲜亮丽的色彩,令人赏心悦目.研究其在建筑装饰和古建修复等工程中的可行性,对我国建筑的装饰和保护具有深远的历史意义. Catalytic combustion with lower activation energies allows the reactions occurring at very small hydrocarbon concentration in air. Catalytic combustion can occur outside of normal gas phase flammability limits, so the combustion can be more stable. On this basis, catalytic combustion furnace was made. At first, the catalytic combustion furnace was studied theoretically and was applied to the glaze tiles heated which can be produced. Then, the influence of temperature on heating glaze tiles is also analyzed. Finally, heating glaze tiles with pure solid texture, rich melodic style and glamorous colors, were obtained. It was found pleasing to both the eye and the mind. Its application to the architectural decoration and repairing and preservation engineering of ancient buildings has profound historical significance in China.
