摘要
目的考察高压氧治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素表达水平影响。方法将120例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规治疗包括静脉溶栓和对症治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予高压氧治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素表达水平差异。结果治疗后,观察组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组患者(χ2=3.927,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者NIHSS评分显著低于对照组患者(t=12.394,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者降钙素基因相关肽显著高于对照组且内皮素水平显著低于对照组患者(t=1.896,t=1.765,P<0.05)。结论高压氧治疗脑卒中临床疗效显著,且机制可能与调节脑血管舒张状态有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on calcitonin gene related peptide and endothelin level in ischemic stroke patients. Methods 120 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional therapy,including intravenous thrombolysis and symptomatic treatment,the observation group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen additionally. The clinical efficacy,neurological deficit( NIHSS) score,calcitonin gene related peptide and endothelin expression level were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group( χ~2= 3. 927,P〈0. 05). After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( t = 12. 394,P〈0. 05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on stroke patients,and the mechanism may be related to the regulation of cerebral vascular relaxation.
