结直肠息肉应用腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Application of Laparoscopy Combined with Colonoscopy in the Treatment of Colorectal Polyps

目的观察结直肠息肉应用腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗的临床效果。方法将我院收治的120例结直肠息肉患者进行平均分组,分为对照组与观察组各60例,对照组应用结肠镜治疗,观察组应用腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、肠功能恢复时间、住院时间,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的并发症总发生率为16.7%,观察组为3.3%,对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结直肠息肉应用腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗的临床效果满意,术后并发症发生率较低,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy in the treatment of colorectal polyps. Methods 120 cases of colorectal polyps in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group, the control group used colonoscopy treatment, the observation group application of laparoscopy combined with endoscopic treatment, clinical effects were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results The operative time, compared two groups of patients with bleeding, intestinal function recovery time, hospitalization time, significant difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, patients in the control group the overall complication rate was 16.7%, the observation group was 3.3%, significant differences, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy in the treatment of colorectal polyps is satisfied, and the incidence of postoperative complications is low, it is worth promoting.
