三种装饰装修材料烟密度的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 选取装饰装修材料—PVC壁纸、丙纶地毯和EPS保温板,采用SCY-1型建筑材料烟密度测定仪测量其燃烧过程中烟密度的变化。材料的加工尺寸为(25.4±0.3)mm×(25.4±0.3)mm×(6.2±0.3)mm。采用8层PVC壁纸叠加,使其厚度满足尺寸要求。在材料中加入不同量的水浸泡,进行对比试验,研究水对材料烟密度的影响。结果表明,加水后,3种材料开始产烟的时间均比干材料开始产烟的时间延迟。PVC壁纸和EPS保温板总产烟量、烟密度等级(SDR)随加水量的增多而减小。丙纶地毯总产烟量、烟密度等级(SDR)随加水量的增多先增大后又减小。3种材料中,PVC壁纸的最大烟密度、总产烟量和烟密度等级最大。 The smoke density of PVC wallpaper, PP carpet, and EPS insulation board in combustion process were measured by using the building smoke density tester of SCY-1 type. The size of samples was (25.4±0.3) mm× (25.4±0.3) min× (6.2±0.3) ram. The PVC wallpaper was stacked for 8 layers to fit the requirement of size. In order to investigate the influence of water on smoke density of the three materials, smoke density after adding different amounts of water was analyzed. According to the results, for each material after adding water, the be- ginning time of smoke emerge presented a delay trend. The total production of smoke and smoke density rating(SDR)of PVC wallpaper and EPS insulation board decreased with the increase of the amount of water. The total production of smoke and smoke density rating(SDR)of PP carpet increased at first and then decreased with the increase of the amount of water. Among the three materials, the above parameters of the PVC wallpaper were the highest.
