摘要 用无水乙醇作为试验样品,研究可燃液体蒸气的最小点火能。通过加热高闪点喷气燃料在半封闭空间中形成饱和蒸气,由克拉佩龙-克劳修斯方程和道尔顿分压定律得到不同加热温度对应的油蒸气体积分数,利用点火能试验台放电引爆油蒸气,得到了不同体积分数蒸气对应的最小点火能。试验结果表明,高闪点喷气燃料的敏感蒸气体积分数为3.18%,对应的最小点火能为9.075mJ;蒸气浓度过高和过低都会导致最小点火能增加。利用热爆炸机理和链式反应理论解释试验结果。 Absolute alcohol was used as test sample, to study the minimum ignition energy of combustible liquid vapor. By heating the high flashpoint jet fuel, saturated oil vapor was formed in a semi-closed spade. The oil vapor volume fractions corresponding to different heating temperature were gotten according to Clapeyron--Clausius equation and Daltoffs law. The ignition energy test instrument detonated the oil vapor to get the minimum ignition energy of different volume fraction vapor. The experimental results showed that the high flashpoint jet fuel vapor sensitive volume fraction is 3. 18% and the minimum ignition energy is 9. 075 mJ; the minimum ignition energy will increase when the vapor concentration is too high or too low. The experimental results were explained by the thermal--explosion mechanism and chain reaction theory.
