摘要
针对某沿地铁换乘站开发的商业区防火分隔设置问题,结合其商业业态以小型商铺为主,疏散走道宽大的特点,提出在设置防火单元的基础上,再设置防火隔离带的方法。应用FDS和Pathfinder对商业区内的火灾烟气蔓延和人员疏散情况进行模拟计算分析,在验证设计方案可行性的同时,针对自动喷水灭火系统和排烟系统同时失效时不能满足安全疏散的问题提出了进一步增大高位消防水箱容积的建议。
Against the fire compartment design problem of a commercial area along the subway transfer station, combining with the feature that the main commercial activities are small shops, and the evacuation path is wide, suggestion that setting fire barrier after setting fire prevention unit was made. Using FDS and Pathfinder, the fire spreading and people evacuation in the commercial area were simulated to verify the feasibility of design plan. Against the problem that when the sprinkler system and smoke system both fail, the safety evacuation can't be ensured, it was suggested that the high-place fire protection water tank should be enlarged.
