物流配送中心火灾探测报警系统应用探讨

Application of fire detection and alarm system in logistics distribution center

对物流配送中心立体高架库、分拣车间的火灾危险性进行探讨,针对其火灾探测报警系统进行分析,提出高架库巷道采用智能图像型火灾探测器,货架内采用分布式光纤感温火灾探测器,并进行试验研究。结果表明,该探测方式可以在不同的火灾形式下实现稳定报警,探测系统的布置方式灵活,可以同时解决高架库和车间等区域的探测问题。

The fire risks of tridimensional high rack warehouse and sorting workshop were discussed, its fire detection and alarm system was discussed, and the suggestions were proposed that apply intelligent image fire detector in the roadway of high rack warehouse and distributed optical fiber temperature sensing fire detector in the shelves. Fire tests were made and the results showed that the composite fire detection method can achieve stable alarm in different forms of fire, the layout of the detection system is flexible, the problem of fire detection of high rack warehouse and the workshop can be solved.
