摘要
建立导线过电流故障电阻率痕迹识别方法,利用实验室过电流发生装置制备不同过电流值的导线,采用直流电阻测量仪测量不同过电流情况下铜导线电阻率值,进行方法的验证。结果显示:导线电流值的增大,电阻率值随之增大,呈近似一元线性关系。相对于线芯组织结构的变化对电阻率的影响,线芯表面形貌对电阻率的影响更大。此方法的建立与研究可为火灾现场中快速识别导线发生过电流故障提供技术参考。
The pattern recognition method of electrical resistivity mark of overcurrent copper wire was established. Then wire with different overcurrent was prepared by device in lab and the electric resistivity of copper wire under different overcurrent value was measured, to verify this method. The results showed that the electric resistivity increased linearly as the increase of overcurrent value. Compared with the metallurgical structure, the surface morphology influenced the electric resistivity more remarkable. This method can be the reference for quick determining of overcurrent occurred in fire.
