摘要
介绍了一起在建高层外墙保温层火灾的事故调查,通过现场勘验、调查询问、现场指认等手段,认定起火原因为违章电焊滴落的焊渣引燃聚氨酯泡沫等可燃物蔓延成灾。分析火灾的灾害成因,结合事故调查过程,指出了火灾调查要加强部门之间的沟通协调。
Fire investigation on insulation layer of an under-construction high building was introduced, through on-site reconnaissance, investigation inquiry, in-site identification and so on, fire cause was identified as falling wielding spark igniting polyurethane foam. The calamity cause of the fire was analyzed. Combined with fire investigation process strengthening communication between each units was proposed as in time investigation.
