The fire investigation on a warehouse fire involving four victims was described, the difficulties and key points were analyzed in detail. By environmental inspection, preliminary inspection, detailed inspection and specific inspection, the fire origin was identified; using exclusion method, the fire cause was identified as electric fault, and then, the investigation key points and the corresponding countermeasures of similar fire accident were concluded.
