Research on the Tutorial System for Undergraduates Oriented toward Innovation and Entrepreneurship

通过对创新创业教育与本科生导师制存在问题的分析,认为将创新创业教育与本科生导师制结合起来可以提高大学的质量与效益。以创新创业为导向的本科生导师制的目标是"教书育人""行知合一""求真务实",遵循的原则是"全员参与""为人引学""专业为本",在实施过程中分为虚拟阶段、模拟阶段与实质阶段。

Through an analysis of the problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education and in the tutorial system for undergraduates, the paper proposes improving the quality and efficiency of the university by combining innovation and entrepreneurship education with undergraduate tutorial system. The people, to achieve a combination of theory and practice and to be pragmatic, following such principles as full participation, guide learning and professionalization. Its implementation can fall into the virtual stage, the simulation stage and the substantive stage.
