中国老年抑郁症流行病学研究现状

Present epidemiologic study situation of Chinese senile depres-sion

随着我国逐步进入老龄化社会，人口老年化给社会带来了很多问题，老年精神病日益引起人们的关注，而老年抑郁症是老年精神病中最常见的病症之一。本文综述了近年来国内老年抑郁症的流行病学研究现状，探讨了老年抑郁症的患病率及与抑郁症发病相关的性别、婚姻状态、经济状况等危险因素。近年来的流行病学研究结果显示，老年抑郁症的患病率逐年升高，严重影响了老年人的身心健康，提示社区精神卫生保健工作任重道远。

Population senescence has brought a lot of problems to society as our country gradually enter the aging society ,senile psychoses arouse people＇s attention increasingly ,and senile depression is one of the most common senile mental illness .This paper reviews present epidemiologic study situation of inter‐nal senile depression in recent years and explore the prevalence of senile depression and such risk factors re‐lated depression as gender ,marital status ,economic status and so on .Results of recent epidemiologic studies show that the prevalence of senile depression heightens year by year and senile depression affects psychosomatic health of the elderly seriously and prompt that the burden of community mental health serv‐ice is heavy and the road ahead is long .
