扩大有效投资视野下投入产出效率研究

A Research into the Input-output Efficiency from the Perspective of the Expansion of Effective Investment

以投入产出效率为研究对象,在扩大有效投资的背景下,以江浙地区K市为例,对1991—2015年投入产出效率的变化进行实证研究,结合当前新常态发展特点,指出当前K市投入产出效率处于历史发展中游水平。尤其从短期来看,K市投入总量不断扩张的同时,投入产出效率却在逐年下降。文章提出了新常态下扩大有效投资的政策建议。

This paper is an empirical research into the input-output efficiency change trend on the basis of the data of city K from 1991 to 2015 in terms of the expansion of effective investmen. With a reference to the current new normal development characteristics, it points out that the current input-output efficiency of city K just is just at the middle level of its historical development. Short-term development trend indicate that the input-output ef- ficiency of city K decreased year by year while the gross input expanded steadily.
