沙漠应用电机绝缘结构的研究与实践

摘要 沙漠环境恶劣,对电机绝缘要求更苛刻。虽在沙漠腹地工作的电机有种种防沙装置,但电机绕组绝缘仍难免会遇到沙漠中的沙尘威胁,且沙漠中高低温差大,有凝露结霜及沙漠运输过程的颠簸振动等恶劣环境,影响电机的正常运行和寿命。就沙漠环境对绝缘的影响引起绝缘恶化因素的分析及绝缘结构的相应对策,并对如电磁线、对地绝缘材料等逐一做了深入探讨,给出了初步的提升方案。 The desert environment is poor, and the insulation of the motor is more severe. Although in the hinterland of the desert sand work motor device various, but still the insulation of the motor windings will inevitably encounter the desert dust in the high and low temperature difference, the normal operation and the service life of the motor effects of condensation frosting and desert transport process bump and shake the bad environment. The desert environment on the impact of insulation deterioration caused by the response factor analysis and insulation structure, and the electromagnetic line, the insulation material and so on one by one to do the in-depth study, a preliminary scheme to improve was given.
