小学教学质量保障研究——基于教育公平角度的解读

摘要 目前,由于教育资源配置的不均衡,小学阶段教学质量水平良莠不齐。教育改革深化的同时,呼唤着教育公平。如何在教育公平视角下,正确审视小学教学,保障小学教学质量,迫在眉睫。以教育公平的视角,在深入分析小学阶段教学质量保障原则、管理系统以及教育公平与教学质量关系的基础上,指出当前在教育不公和相对公平之下小学教学质量中存在的突出问题,并提出针对性的建议。 At present, due to the imbalance of education resources allocation, the compulsory education stage, especially the primary school teaching quality level, presents a significant difference of education. At the same time with the deepening of education reform, it calls for the education equality. How to establish the primary school teaching guarantee system under the perspective of education equity is a hot topic. This paper deeply analyzes the elementary school teaching quality guarantee system, principles, and management system, points out that the outstanding problems in the educational unfairness and the relative fair teaching quality in primary school teaching quality guarantee system, and puts forward to the corresponding suggestions.
