摘要
研究玉米象和米象不同生长发育阶段侵害后对小麦籽粒细胞膜透性及主要酶活性的影响规律,为虫蚀小麦品质评价提供一定的量化指标和理论参考。选用2013年河南产的郑麦7698为试验材料,对两种害虫在卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫期侵害的小麦籽粒中丙二醛(MDA)含量、电导率、脂肪酶、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及过氧化物酶(POD)活性等指标进行测定,同时进行差异性分析。结果表明:玉米象和米象侵害后,小麦籽粒细胞膜系统遭受损伤,细胞膜脂质过氧化加剧,细胞膜通透性增大;小麦MDA含量和电导率逐渐升高,其中电导率从卵期到成虫期的增加幅度超过400%;脂肪酶活性呈现整体升高趋势;CAT和POD活性呈明显下降趋势;各指标数值在对照样与不同虫期之间存在着显著的差异,表明玉米象和米象不同生长发育阶段对小麦细胞膜透性和酶活性产生了显著性影响。
The effect of different growth states of maize weevil and rice weevil on the permeability of cell membrane and enzyme activity of wheat was studied in the present study, in order to provide certain quantitative indicators and theory reference for quality evaluation of insect damage wheat. Zhengmai 7698 (2013) produced in Henan province was used as experimental material. The MDA content, electric conductivity and the activity of lipase, CAT and POD of wheat grain infested by the egg stage, larval stage, pupal stage, and adult stage of the two pests were measured respectively and the difference were also analyzed. The results showed that the cell membrane system of wheat grain was damaged, cell membrane lipid peroxidation was aggravated and permeability was increased after the wheat grain was infested by maize weevil and rice weevil. The MDA content and electric conductivity were increased gradually, and the electric conductivity was increased more than 400% from egg to adult. The lipase activity showed a trend of the overall rise, while the activity of CAT and POD had an opposite trend. The indexes values between the control group and experimental group had a significant difference, which indicated that maize weevil and rice weevil at different growth states had great influence on the cell membrane permeability and enzyme activity of wheat.
