赤拟谷盗与锯谷盗种间竞争研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON INTERSPECIFIC COMPETITION BETWEEN TRIBOLIUM CASTANEUM AND ORYZAEPHILUS SURINAMENSIS

摘要 在28℃、RH75%条件下,分别研究了不同起始虫数的赤拟谷盗与锯谷盗单独饲养和混合饲养下的种群数量变化情况。结果表明,单独饲养时,赤拟谷盗与锯谷盗种群数量均呈显著增长趋势。起始虫数为8、16、24和32头的赤拟谷盗在63~70d的种群数量分别为451.33、360.33、245.00和319.33头,起始虫数为8、16、24和32头的锯谷盗在63-70d的种群数量分别为138.67、112.67、138.00、142.33头。在混合饲养时,锯谷盗对赤拟谷盗的种群增长影响作用较小或几乎没有影响,而锯谷盗种群数量总体呈现显著下降趋势。单独饲养时赤拟谷盗与锯谷盗种群数量变化与逻辑斯蒂(Logistic)回归方程的拟合度均较好。 The population quantity variation of Tribolium castaneum and Oryzaephilus surinamensis was investigated under separated or mixed rearing under the conditions of 28 ℃ and RH 75% in the present study. The results showed that the populations of T.castaneum and O.surinamensis both significantly increased under separated rearing condition. The number of T.castaneum adults was reached to 451.33,360.33,245.00 and 319.33 within 63-70 d corresponding to the initial number of 8,16,24 and 32 respectively,while the number of O.surinanmnsis adults was 138.67,112.67,138.00 and 142.33 within 63-70 d corresponding to the initial number of 8,16,24 and 32 respectively. The 8 head treatment group population of T.castaneum had the fastest growth, probably because the initial population density of 8 head group was relatively lower, the food and space resources were sufficient, and the intraspecific competition was relatively weaker. For the mixed rearing, T. castaneum significantly inhibited the population increasing of O.surinamensis,while O.surinamensis had little influence on the population of T.castaneum. O.surinamensis and O. surinamensis adult fratricidal phenomenon was not found in mixed rearing process ,mainly through the competition with food, space and other resources to inhibit the population growth of each other. The population quantity variation of T.castaneum and O.surinarnensis was well accord with Logistic regression equation under separated rearing condition.
