摘要
以建设中的钢筋混凝土地下粮食筒仓为研究对象,在土体回填过程中,对仓壁侧压力、仓底钢筋内力以及仓壁钢筋内力进行现场监测。通过分析监测数据,得出仓壁侧压力、仓底和仓壁钢筋内力的分布规律;通过钢筋环向内力的实测值,反算出仓壁的侧压力,并与仓壁侧压力实测值和根据规范的理论计算值进行比较,对造成差异的原因进行分析,为地下粮食筒仓的设计计算提供理论依据。
The present study was to monitor and analysis the stress of reinforced concrete underground grain silo. The field monitoring of lateral pressure on the silo wall, intemal force of the rebar of the bottom board and the wall were conducted in the process of backfilling soil. The distribution law of lateral pressure on the silo wall, intemal force of the rebar of the bottom board and the wall were obtained through the analyzing of monitoring data. The lateral pressure on the silo wall was calculated through the measurement value of circumferential internal force of the rebar, and was compared with the actual value and the theoretically calculated value according to the specification. The reasons of the difference in the above three values were analyzed, which provided the theoretical basis for the design and calculation of underground grain silo.
