未来大国工匠培育的“获”与“惑”——兼议技能大赛的几点思考

在"培养工匠精神"的引领下,发现学生的先天禀赋和兴趣以保护工匠培育的内生力,培育学生的创新和执着精神以增强工匠培育的永动力,做好"传帮带"以汇聚工匠培育的外助力显得尤为重要。然而工匠的长期培育与选手的短期培训之间的矛盾,国家职业资格标准缺乏致使工匠培养失范的尴尬以及教师单兵作战,缺少团队师资指导的艰难等也成为亟待解决的问题。

With the guidance of cultivating the craftsman spirit, we should explore the students＇ congenital endowment and interests in order to protect the inner power for the cultivation of craftsmen. It is of special importance to strengthen the eternal force of craftsmen by cultivating the students＇ innovation and persistent spirit to enhance the external force. However, the contradiction between the long-term cultivation of craftsmen and the players＇ short-term training, the lack of national vocational qualification standard and group teacher guidance have also become difficult problems in need to be solved.
