摘要 名师工作室作为一种专业学习共同体,在中等职业学校越来越受到重视。部分地区、学校已进行了大量探索,并取得了一定的成绩。但各地区发展很不均衡,不少地区还存在名师工作室定位不准、建设专业不具有典型性、未起到引领示范作用、工作室内部管理不规范、未能开发本校特色等问题。 As a professional learning community, the teaching studio has got more and more attention in secondary vocational schools. In some areas, the schools have done a lot of explorations and have achieved certain results. However, due to the unbalanced development in different areas, there are still some problems. For instance, the positioning of the teaching studio is incorrect; the professional construction is not typical; some teaching studios don't lead the demonstration role; the internal management is not standardized and the school characteristics are unable to be developed.
