摘要
通过对连云港市职业院校"双师型"教师队伍的建设现状调研,分析"双师型"教师队伍建设中存在的问题,探索我市"双师型"教师队伍建设的路径,完善"双师型"教师队伍建设的引进、培养与管理机制,为建设高素质"双师型"教师队伍提供理论依据和实践方法。
Through the investigation of the current situation of the ＂double competence＂ teaching faculty construction in vocational colleges in Lianyungang, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction, and explores its path. Improving the introduction of the ＂double competence＂ teaching faculty construction as well as the cultivation and management mechanism provide theoretical basis and practical methods for constructing high quality ＂double competence＂ teaching faculty.
