摘要
室内对姬塬油田含油污泥的组成、固相矿物成分和粒径分布进行了测量和分析。结果表明:含油污泥的固相含量达到29.87%,固相主要由赤铁矿、硫酸铅和硬石膏等矿物成分组成,固相颗粒粒径主要分布在5μm^50μm,平均粒径累积分布值d90平均为31.4μm。分析了姬塬油田主要储层的物性特征,对污泥固相颗粒粒径与地层孔隙匹配性进行了研究,结果表明侏罗系延9层与含油污泥粒径匹配性较好,可实现对地层深部的有效封堵。
The Jiyuan oilfield oily sludge composition, solid mineral composition and particle size distribution were measured and analyzed in laboratory.The results show that the solid content of oily sludge reached 29.87 %, solid phase is mainly composed of hematite, lead sulfate and anhydrite mineral components, the solid particle size is mainly distributed in the range of 5 μm×50 μm, the average particle size cumulative distribution value d90 averaged 31.4 μm. Physical properties of the main reservoirs in Jiyuan oilfield were analyzed. The matching between the sludge particle size and formation pore was studied. The results show that the Jurassic Yan 9 layer is well matched with the oily sludge and can effectively block the deep formation.
