摘要
本文在实验室条件下开发出一套针对国内某油田油基钻井岩屑高效、实用的生化联合处理工艺,在岩屑无害化处理的同时,可实现有用资源的回收再利用。钻井岩屑含油33.4%,含水29.1%,含固37.5%。实验结果表明:经过第一阶段的物化收油处理,96%以上的油分可被富集回收,尾砂干基含油率可降低至2.5%;经过第二阶段的生物深度处理后,尾砂含油率可进一步降低至0.12%,达到了"GB4284-1984"规定的复垦标准(含油量需小于0.3%)。
A effective method to treat the oil-based drilling mud in one oilfield of China was studied under commom laboratory conditions, which can recycle the oil content and make the tailings meet the control standards for pollutants. The oil-based drilling mud was made up of solid phase(37.5 wt%), water phase(29.1 wt%) and oil phase(33.4 wt%). The oilbased drilling mud was firstly treated by chemical method and then treated by biological method.In the first stage, oil recovery rate can reach 96 wt%, in the second stage, the resid- ual oil rate of tailings was 0.12 wt%, which perfectly met the control standards for pollutants in sludges from agricultural use( GB4284-1984 ).
