循环水系统运行过程中,结垢、腐蚀、藻类繁殖、物料泄漏是影响水冷却器使用寿命的主要原因。结合煤化工循环水系统的运行,介绍了不停车清洗预膜的主要操作措施。
During the operation process of the circulating water system,scale,corrosion,algal bloom and material leakage are the main reason to influence the service life of the water cooler. The article introduced the main operating measures for membrane cleaning without plant stop combining with the operation of the circulating water system in coal chemical industry.
